The voice at the start of redirecting is used at the start of being redirected to

the VTS.

The voice when exceeding the call period during redirection is used as a

notification that the call must end during redirecting, however at this moment it is

possible to extend the call by 1-10 minutes before the voice gives the notification

again by selecting DTMF (1-10) and selecting the call period.

Examples of voice:

The voice at the start of the redirecting

“Your call will be redirected”

The voice when exceeding the call period during redirection

“You have a limited time for this call, through a tone selection you can extend

the call by one to ten minutes, otherwise your call will be ended“

DISA tone

The tone that is used when calling DISA, if a voice is not played to the caller.

Attention: If you want to use modem detection on an external line where the DISA is activated

without a voice, then you are not allowed to use a continuous dialling tone.

These voices they are not recorded as standard.
